团购网站发展前景分析--毕业论文设计.doc

精品论文 摘 要 团购网站就是团购的网络组织平台,就是互不认识的消费者,借助互联网的“网聚人的力量”来聚集资金,加大与商家的谈判能力,以求得最优的价格。根据薄利多销、量大价优的原理,商家可以给出低于零售价格的团购折扣和单独购买得不到的优质服务。由于网络团购模式本身出入市的门槛比较低,花费的成本不多,所以Groupon在美国火了以后全世界出现了诸多的模仿者。 从2002年开始,我国网络团购行业大规模扩张和广告营销,虽然深受消费者和商家的喜爱,并且取得了较好的销售份额。但由于我国团购行业处于发展起步阶段,随着发展和竞争的日益加剧,存在的问题也逐渐暴露出来:(1)服务质量打折,缺失诚信问题多;(2)消费者盲目消费,哄抬团购销量造成热抢的假象;(3)网站宣传有虚假,产品质量得不到保证;(4)行业成员参差不齐,恶性竞争与行业之间混战;(5)团购行业约束规则、监管机制和惩戒手段的缺位导致诚信缺失和行业自律的缺乏。 本论文对网络团购行业发展前景进行了分析,团购行业的基础上,探讨团购行业在中国的发展中出现的诸多问题,包括对行业约束规则与法规、产品质量与企业诚信、防止恶性竞争等。进行分析从而解决团购行业在发展过程中瓶颈对其突破,从而能更好的发展。 关键词:团购网站;法律法规;利益平衡;团购行业发展前景 Abstract The network organization is to buy site platform, the consumer is not know each other, through the Internet the Fabric people power to gather funds, increase the ability of business negotiations in order to obtain the best price. Buying Online industry in China from the beginning of 2002, large-scale expansion and advertising and marketing, although well received by consumers and businesses alike, and has made a good share of the sales. Buy the industry in China in the development of the initial stage, with the development and the increasing competition, the problems exposed: (1) quality of service discount, lack of integrity; (2) the mindless consumption of consumers, driving up to buy sales resulting in grab the illusion of heat; (3) false website promotion, product quality cannot be guaranteed; (4) uneven industry members, vicious competition and trade between the melee; (5) buy industry constraint rules, regulatory mechanisms and disciplinary measures absence led to a lack of honesty and industry self-regulation.
