PAGE l l 摘 要 随着通讯产业的发展，固定电话业务呈现出举世瞩目的快速增长，但同时也急剧增加了市话网的话务负荷。企业用话务台是市话交换机的一种必要的补充设备，它为市话网承担了大量的单位内部用户间的话务量，减轻了市话网的话务负荷。 本文介绍了基于单片机的企业用话务台的设计和实现。本话务台主要有程控模块，输入模块，输出模块三大部分组成，而文中主要介绍了该设计的硬件电路、软件的设计流程。程控模块的MCU（微程序控制器）是本系统的核心器件，采用STC89C54单片机芯片。输入模块主要实现来电检测和拨号功能，包含CMX865调制解调芯片来振铃检测、接受发送FSK或DTMF来电显示等功能，由TEA1062芯片实现拨号功能。另外输出模块主要实现对座席电话实现振铃，送座席来电显示，并检测座席电话是否挂断。总体上来说，由于本系统靠近用户，因而缩短了用户线距离，节省了用户电缆，同时只用几根电话线接入市话网，起到话务集中的作用，并能实现电话转接，留言，录音等特殊功能。 本设计结构简单、成本低、抗干扰能力强、可维护性好, 是具有一定通用性的程控电话交换系统。 关键词：单片机 STC89C54 CMX865 TEA1062 Abstract As the communications industries, the fixed telephone service showed remarkable rapid growth, but also dramatically increased the Telephone Network telephone traffic load. Enterprise, then switch with the attendant console is a city of the necessary additional equipment, it take a lot of Internal Telephone Network between users of the traffic, reduce the Telephone Network telephone traffic load. This article describes the business with the attendant console based on single chip design and implementation. The attendant console with programmable module, input module, output module has three major components, while the paper mainly introduces the design of hardware circuits, software design process. Programmable module MCU (micro-program controller) is the core of the system components, using STC89C54 single chip. Input module of achieving detection and dialing calls, including CMX865 modem chip ring detection, receiving FSK or DTMF caller ID to send and other functions, the TEA1062 chip dialing. Another key to realize the output module to achieve agent phone ringing, get seats caller ID, and to detect whether agent phone hung up.
