lw 齐 齐 哈 尔 大 学 毕 业 设 计 题 目 64000锭470台织机棉纺织厂设计 (品种:T/C 18Tex 纯棉20Tex 18*20*472*275 府绸) 学 院 齐齐哈尔大学轻纺学院 专业班级 纺织083班 学生姓名 指导教师 成 绩 年 6月 12日 摘 要 本次设计为毕业设计，主要内容是设计一个6.4万锭470台织机的纺织厂，生产品种为布幅143cm的涤棉混纺府绸，经、纬纱号数分别为18tex、20tex。说明书体现了根据地理环境、人文因素等方面选择合适的厂址；通过对产品的要求分析进而对纺纱车间和织布车间的各项工艺参数及配台进行计算；根据工艺流程及机器配台数量来确定厂房的规格；根据工厂的规模和机器的实际运转效率进行定员等多方面内容，详细记录了本次设计的整个过程。 关键词：纺织厂设计；工艺参数；棉；涤； Abstract The design for graduation project, the main contents is the design of a 64000-470 looms textile factory, production of varieties of polyester cotton poplin fabric width 143cm, warp and weft number were 18tex, 20tex. The manual reflects the geography, cultural factors to choose the right site; through to product requirements analysis and then on spinning workshop and weaving workshop technical parameters and matching table calculation; according to the process and machine matching table to determine the number of factory specifications; according to the plant size and the actual operation efficiency of machine quota and other aspects of content, detailed records of the design of the whole process.
