糖果自动包装机送料装置设计 l PAGE 54 糖果自动包装机送料装置设计 学 院 机电工程学院 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级学 号 2009040601206 姓 名 *** 指导教师 负责教师 沈阳航空航天大学 2013年6月 沈阳航空航天大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE I 摘要 本次毕业设计要求设计一台扭结式糖果包装机，通过许多方案的综合评价、筛选，最后确定了这一台连续式包装机。该机由上料斗、分糖落糖部件、钳糖部件、扭结部件、纸架部件、切纸部件以及动力源—无极变速部件、动力分度箱等几大部件，整个包装过程实现了自动化，与现代化机械相比，本机器实现了高速、连续性，具有较高的生产率、低动力消耗、使用简单、维修方便可靠等优点。 随着科学技术的不断发展进步，各种食品加工品的出现，对包装技术和包装设备都提出了新的要求，包装机械在流通领域中发挥着越来越大的作用。包装机械竞争日趋激烈，而高度自动化、智能化、多功能、高效率、低消耗的包装设备越来越受到行业的青睐。包装机械有多种分类方法。按功能可分为单功能包装机和多功能包装机；按使用目的可分为内包装机和外包装机；按包装品种又可分为专用包装机和通用包装机；按自动化水平分为半自动机和全自动机等。 本次设计采用CAD软件画了五幅装配图，分别是总体图、拨糖部件、剪纸部件、扭糖部件、钳糖部件，实现了设计任务要求。 关键词：包装；传送；拨糖；剪纸； Material Sending Equipment Design Of A Candy Automatic Packing Machine Abstract My graduated project is to design a candy snarling type automatic packing machine through a synthetically study and screaming of some plans.This machine is composed of electronic getting vibration raise candy funnel,separate andlover candy part,grip-candy part,energy source-source-stepps speed change paretic.This produce-packing process realized automization and continuous of produce.This machine has advantage of high produce capability,low energy concume,simplify the use of maintenance et. With the continuous development and progress of science and technology, the emergence of a variety of processed foods on packaging technology and equipment have put forward new demands, packaging machinery in the circulation is playing an increasingly larger role. Packaging machinery increasingly competitive and highly automated, intelligent, versatile, high-efficiency, low consumption of packaging equipment increasingly favored by the industry. There are a variety of packaging machinery classification methods. According to the functions can be divided into single-function and multifunction packaging machine packing machine; according to the purpose of use can be divided into inner and outer packaging machine machine; press pack varieties can be divided into specific and gene
