PAGE 12 PAGE 12 l 河北工业大学城市学院 毕 业 论 文 作 者： 学 号： 096509 系： 经济系 专业： 国际经济与贸易 题 目： 天纺集团在韩国的出口策略分析 指导者： 教授 评阅者： 2013 年 6 月 6 日 毕业论文中文摘要 天纺集团在韩国的出口策略分析 摘要： 中国加入WTO之后，对外贸易高速增长，现代经济发展对传统出口策略企业提出了更新、更高的要求。传统的出口策略企业必须通过资源整合、重构组织架构、管理模式、业务网络、信息平台等方式，加快向现代物流转化的步伐，必须由“安排运输与制备单证”的中间人角色转变为提供运输、仓储、包装、配送、流通、加工、信息处理等多种服务方式的现代化综合物流公司。 本论文的研究内容及思路：通过对出口策略行业相关信息进行了充分的资料检索，调研以及在天纺集团深入实习的基础上，以天纺集团为研究对象，分析了天纺集团的现状及发展趋势，并对公司的战略环境进行了分析，同时运用SWOT分析法对公司的外部威胁与机会，内部优势与劣势做出了详细的分析和评价，得出了该出口公司的4个组合战略：SO战略，WO战略，ST战略，WT战略。运用企业战略管理的理论和方法，采取定性和定量分析相结合的方式研究公司的发展战略，从而选出适合天纺集团的发展战略。最终通过系统的分析与研究提出了适合于天纺集团向现代物流发展的发展战略，以及发展战略实施的措施与建议。 关键词：天纺集团荣泽分公司 纺织品 出口策略 毕业论文英文摘要 Title Tianfang group analysis in South Koreas export strategy Abstract： After Chinas accession to the WTO, with the high growth of foreign trade, enterprises to export the traditional strategy has been unable to meet the current needs of economic development, we must develop to modern logistics transportation, warehousing, packaging, distribution, circulation, processing, information processing and other services.
