引言
1.1 当前国内快递产业环境
快递业,是以较快的速度将特定的物品运达指定地点或目标客户手中的物流活动,是物流的重要组成部分,他的特点就是在于他的“快”字。但是运量相对较小,运费较高,同时由于要经过不同的站点,几经周折,易使物品流失或损坏,安全系数相对较低。
目前,我国快递业由两部分市场构成:一是国内快递市场,由中国邮政部门控制40%份额,其余由民营和港资快递企业占据,经营规模以港资的顺丰快运公司为最大。
