And from the prospect of a important model of consumption, Internet consumption is becoming more and more popular among common people. While some problems have been the barriers in the way of development of it, such as, the absence of management and high-risk. It has been more and more serious that the rights of Internet consumer are violated, and laws to protect their rights are seriously needed. So by the way of acknowledging the current situation of the laws that protect internee consumers, analysising the problems aroused in the Internet consumption, then we can find the answers and give some pertinence and profound suggestions to protect Internet consumers rights and promote the well development of Internet consumption.
