lw 摘　要 焦炉是炼制焦炭的窑炉，是炼焦主要的热工设备，焦炉主要生产的是 冶金焦。焦炉采用煤气进行加热，消耗煤气量约占炼焦厂总能消耗的70% 左右。为了节约能源和降低能耗，对焦炉进行热平 衡测试有着重要的意义。 焦炉热平衡又称能平衡或能量平衡，它仅分析热量在数量上的平衡。 热平衡的方法又俗称“热诊断”。焦炉热平衡是根据能量守恒定律对进入焦 炉的物料和产出的炼焦产品进行的热量衡算。焦炉热平衡足在焦炉物料平衡和燃烧计算的基础上进行的。物料平衡是对炼焦过程中焦炉系统的进料量和出料量进行的衡算。煤料经焦炉炭化室内结焦过程得到焦炭、焦炉煤气和化学产品等物料，焦炉物料平衡就是对这些物料的量进行测定，列出进出料淸单，根据物质不灭定律进行衡算，求得炼焦产品的产率和损失率，为焦炉热平衡计算提供依据。通过热平衡计算，可具体了解焦炉热量的转移、分配、利用和损失情况，获得焦炉热功效率和炼焦耗热量数据，明确节能途径和方向，为评定焦炉炉型和焦炉热工状况提供依据。 关键词：焦炉， 焦炉热平衡， 物料衡算， 焦炉热工效率， 炼焦耗热量 Abstract Coke oven furnace refining coke, coke thermal equipment is the main, mainly the production of metallurgical coke oven.
