学校代码： 10128学 号： 200910101082 学校代码： 10128 学 号： 200910101082 本科毕业设计说明书 本科毕业设计说明书 （ 题 目： 题 目：20发绝热层硫化装置设计 学生姓名：杨 斌 学 院：机械学院 系 别：机械系 专 业：机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级：机制09-2 指导教师：刘 江 二 〇 一 三 年 六 月 内蒙古工业大学本科毕业设计说明书 摘 要 硫化方法目前在工业生产中应用广泛，在工业发展历程中也起着重要的作用。绝热层硫化装置的设计也利用了这一技术，将工件固定在夹具上面，通过法兰盘与工作转轴连接起来，工作转轴在电机轴的带动下一起转动，链轮通过链条将20组工件连起来，一起随工作转轴转动。电机在变频器的作用下实现多级变速，以满足工件在不同转速下硫化的要求。硫化室的温度需要维持在100℃不变，这就需要用数字调功器来控制加热器，使温度保持不变，确保硫化的顺利进行。变频器和数字调功器是通过一个类似于CPU的PLC来控制，最后在数显仪上显示出转速和温度。 此设计由机械部分设计和电气控制部分设计组成，机械部分主要是对硬件部分的设计选型，来完成实体部分的设计，电气控制部分是对后期生产中的操作等所做的设计，主要是运用PLC控制实现。 关键词：绝热层 硫化 PLC控制 变频器 数字调功器 Abstract Vulcanization method is now widely used in industrial production in the industrial development process also plays an important role. Converter and digital power regulator is similar to the CPU via a PLC to control , and finally displayed on the digital instrument speed and temperature . This design consists of mechanical design and electrical control part of the design components , mechanical parts mainly for the hardware part of the design selection, to complete the physical part of the design , the electrical control part is the post- production operation, etc. made designed primarily the use of PLC control implementation.
