lw lw 分类号 单位代码 密 级 学 号 学生毕业设计（论文） 题 目 ChemCAD应用于氨气的溶解度计算 作 者 院 (系) 专 业 过程装备与控制工程 指导教师 答辩日期 摘 要 氨是一种重要的无机化工产品，在国民经济中占有重要的地位。氨除了可以直接作为肥料外，农业上使用的氮肥，例如尿素；？磷酸铵；？氯化铵；？硝酸铵；？以及各种含氮复合肥，均是以氨作为原料的。由于氨极易溶于水，低温时溶解度很大，所以研究氨的溶解度对于氮肥工业来说起到了至关重要的作用。 本研究采用ChemCAD用于氨气溶解度的计算，模拟氨气在不同温度；？压强下的溶解度，通过选择工程单位；？绘制流程图；？选择组分；？选择热力学模型；？定义进料流股及设备参数；？运行模拟，并作出相关的图和表使得结果更加清晰明了；通过与文献数据进行对比，结果显示计算值与实际测量值之间的误差在可接受范围内；同时模拟出氨溶解于水的相关过程使计算结果可用于指导工程估算。 关键词：ChemCAD；氨气；溶解度 Application of ChemCAD in Calculation of Ammonia Solubility ABSTRACT Ammonia is an important inorganic chemical products,which plays an important role in the national economy.Ammonia can be directly used as fertilizer,agricultural useds of nitrogen fertilizer,such the quantum chemistry theory has provided the guiding for chemistry development, and the quantum chemistry theory and the corresponding computational method gradually has been formed.ammonium chloride,ammonium nitrate,and nitrogen fertilizer,are ammonia as raw material.As a result of ammonia is easy to dissolve in water,especially in low temperature,the solubility is very big,so the study of ammonia solubility for nitrogenous fertilizer industry plays a very important role. This study used ChemCAD for ammonia solubility calculation,simulation of ammonia in different temperature,pressure on the solubility,through the selection of engineering units,drawing flow chart,select components,selection of thermodynamic model,define feed stream and equipment parameters,operation simulation,I believe you can and make relevant graph and table the quantum chemistry theory has provided the guiding for chemistry development, and the quantum chemistry theory and the corresponding computational method gradually has been formed.howed calculation value and the actual measured value between the error The geometries and frequencies of reactants, intermediates, transition states
