PAGE PAGE 50 河北工程大学 毕业设计 课题名称：103吨/年甲基葡萄糖苷脂肪酸脂的绿色合成工艺设计 学院（系） 专 业 班 级 学 生 指导教师 2011年5月 摘 要 甲基葡萄糖苷脂肪酸脂是增塑剂中的一种，主要作用是削弱聚合物分子之间的次价健，即范德华力，从而增加了聚合物分子链的移动性，降低了聚合物分子链的结晶性，即增加了聚合物的塑性。本设计采用连续生产的方法生产甲基葡萄糖苷脂肪酸脂，先通过淀粉醇解法在一定条件下生产甲基葡萄糖苷，将甲醇和淀粉按一定比例在加料槽中进行充分混合，然后一次加入到反应釜内，再将定量配制好的催化剂缓缓加入，升温反应。得到甲基葡萄糖苷之后，在酯化反应釜中由甲基葡萄糖苷与倍半分子的脂肪酸进行酯化反应得到产品。设计包含了生产过程的介绍、设备的选型、物料和能量横算还有三废处理以及安全生产技术。 关键词：甲基葡萄糖苷脂肪酸脂、生产工艺设计、设备计算与选型、物料衡算和能量衡算 Abstract Methyl glucoside fatty acid ester is a plasticizer, polymer main role is to weaken the price of health between the time that the van der Waals forces, thus increasing the mobility of polymer chains, reducing the polymer chains Crystallinity, an increase of polymer plastic.
