PAGE l l 300MW锅炉四管爆破原因分析及防治措施 摘要 电力工业作为整个国民经济发展的保障，其重要性日益突出。作为火力发电厂安全正常运行重要部件的锅炉管件由于运行条件、管件材质、焊接接头质量等原因，经常发生爆管、开裂等失效现象，进而造成电厂停机检修。检修迫使电力供应中断或中止，给工业部门带来损失，也给人们的日常生活造成诸多不便。同时锅炉管件的停产检修也给电厂本身带来极大的经济损失和意外的人员伤亡。因此，国内外的研究单位对此给予了高度关注，并相继给出了一些研究成果，在生产实践中发挥了较好的作用。但由于热管失效的突发性和事故处理以及恢复生产的紧迫性，加之失效的复杂性，系统性和有效性的开展锅炉热管的失效研究便具有了十分重要的现实意义。锅炉四管即水冷壁、过热器、再热器和省煤器，通过四管的改造、监测达到降低事故发生率的目的，从而提高安全性和经济性。 关键词：水冷壁；过热器；再热器；省煤器 300MW4 boiler explosion causes and control measures Abstract The power industry as a whole the protection of national economic development, its importance have become increasingly prominent.
