基于Abaqus 的某越野车悬架安装梁强度分析及优化 宋起龙 （东风汽车公司技术中心，武汉，430058 ） 摘要:本文以某越野车悬架安装梁为分析对象，系统介绍了越野车底盘结构零部件的六个静 态强度计算工况，说明了悬架安装梁强度分析建模方法及评价指标。基于悬架安装梁初步的 强度分析结果，对原安装梁的设计方案进行了改进，再次分析表明，优化方案满足强度要求， 避免了在越野工况中，引起零部件开裂或塑性变形等现象。 关键词: 优化 悬架安装梁 强度分析 Abstract: This paper takes the suspension mounting beam of an off-road vehicle as an object of analysis，The six static strength calculation conditions of the chassis structure of off-road vehicle are introduced, and the strength analysis modeling method and evaluation in
