2013年度上海地区医院用药金额和处方分析 　　摘 要 上海是被国家纳入第一批医改的特大城市，经济水平、临床治疗水平与市民自我保健意识决定了上海地区的用药特点。本文用近5年上海地区样本医院药品购入总金额增长幅度与全国22城市、地区样本医院的数据做一个比较；从疾病谱的变化对用药大类的影响做一个统计；从不同类型医院处方使用的变化，对各类医院用药品种的特点做一个分析。结论为上海地区医院的用药金额增幅的确因政府政策、制度的出台与实施受到一定的遏制；用药水平或临床使用品种选取等方面都具有与国际接轨的先进性；新医改也促使医药流通业增值服务内容需不断创新；运用医院信息系统（HIS系统）对医院药房进行管理，有利于进一步推进安全、合理用药。 　　关键词 上海医院用药 用药分析 医院信息系统 　　中图分类号：F713.5 文献标识码：C 文章编号：1006-1533（2014）19-0067-07 　　Analysis of the amount of medication and prescription in the hospitals 　　of Shanghai in 2013 ――study on pharmacy management with HIS 　　XU Peihong 1， GAN Rongfu2 　　（1. Ltd.， Shanghai 2000051， China ） 　　ABSTRACT Shanghai has been listed by Chinese government as one of the first batch of megacities for national healthcare reform， and its medication features are depended on the clinical treatment level and the consciousness of citizens to public health care. In this paper， the growth rate of total amount of money for purchasing drugs in Shanghai sample hospitals was compared with that of the sample hospitals in other 22 cities in China based on nearly five-year data， and the effects of the changes of disease spectrums on drug categories， the changes of prescriptions in different hospitals and the characteristics of medication in a variety of hospitals were statistically analyzed. The conclusion showed that the growth rate of the amount of medication in Shanghai sample hospitals has been really limited by the issuing and implementation of government policy and regulation. Clinical level， medication selection and so on are all going to in line with the international standards. New healthcare reform has continuously prompted the innovation of value-added services of medicine circulation industry.
