WORD文档下载可编辑 专业资料精心整理 中 文 摘 要 防水工程是建筑工程的重要组成部分,施工质量直接关系到建筑物的使用寿命，直接影响人民生产活动和生活的正常进行，防水技术的施工是否规范更对整个建筑的施工产生重要的影响。本文通过对我国建筑防水材料的现状进行分析，通过查阅相关资料和施工经验，总结出建筑物防水工程施工前的准备工作，防水施工过程的质量控制，防水施工的重点项目以及质量检查等问题。结合建筑防水施工技术的科学理论，从基层、防水材料以及防水关键部位等方面，对防水工程的实施提出建设性意见。因此，要保证防水工程的质量，设计是前提，施工是关键，还要选择合适的防水材料。科学研究建筑工程的防水施工技术，对防水施工质量进行科学管理与质量控制，对提高整个建筑工程施工质量意义非常重大。 关键词：防水材料；防水技术；屋面防水；施工质量；建筑工程。 Abstract Waterproof project is an important part of construction engineering, construction quality directly related to the life of the building, directly affect peoples production activities and life of the normal, the construction of waterproof technology is more important to the construction of the entire building. This article through to our country building waterproof material present situation analysis, through the relevant information and construction experience, summed up the building waterproof construction preparation work, waterproof construction process of quality control, waterproof construction of key projects and quality inspection and other issues. With the scientific theory of construction waterproof construction technology, from the basic level, waterproof material and waterproof key parts, the implementation of the waterproof project put forward constructive suggestions. Therefore, to ensure the quality of waterproof engineering, design is the premise, construction is the key, but also to choose the appropriate waterproof material. Scientific research and construction of waterproof construction technology, the quality of waterproof construction scientific management and quality control, to improve the construction quality of the whole construction project is very important.
