分析直式针和蝶翼针在静脉采血过程中优劣 　　[摘要] 目的 通过比较直式针与蝶翼针采血优缺点，避免蝶翼针取代直式针作为主要采血方式这个误区。 方法 将2013年12月～2014年12月门诊100例体检者，随机分成两个组，每个组50例。第一组用直式针采血，第二组用蝶翼针采血，对两种采血方式优劣进行研究和回顾性分析。 结果 两组在采样量准确性、样品质量、采血时间、患者疼痛程度、是否污染环境方面差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 直式针要作为常用、主要的首选采血方式，蝶翼针只能针对特定患者、有选择的使用，避免蝶翼针取代直式针采血这个误区。 　　[关键词] 直式针；蝶翼针；静脉采血；检验样本质量；误区 　　[中图分类号] R472 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）17-149-03 　　Analyze the merits of straight pin and butterfly wings pin in the course of venous blood 　　KANG Jie1 ZHOU Jingxin2 WANG Xueji3 　　1.Inspection Center， Jilin Central Hospital， Jilin 132011， China； 2. Inspection Department， the Peoples Hospital， Jilin 132000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare advantages and disadvantages of straight pin and butterfly wings pin in venous blood， to avoid misunderstanding of butterfly wings pin substitute straight pin as the main blood mode. Methods 100 medical examination outpatients from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected， and they were randomly divided into two groups ，each had 50 cases. The first group used straight pin， the second group used butterfly wings pin， studied and retrospectively analyzed the merits of two blood mode. Results there had significant differences of the two groups in sample volume accuracy， sample quality， sampling time， the degree of pain and whether pollution environment， there had statistically significant（P0.05）.
