城市交通堵塞问题和对策 　　摘 要：随着城市人口规模的不断扩大和机动车数量的持续增长，现有的城市交通体系已不能满足人们日益增长的交通需求，交通堵塞问题逐渐暴露，严重影响了城市空间的正常发展。本文以浙江瑞安为例，通过对县级城市现状交通与其问题的分析，提出了应对城市堵塞问题的几点对策，为城市交通规划和管理提供参考。 　　关键词：城市交通； 交通堵塞； 问题 ；对策 　　Abstract: This paper taking Zhejiang of Ruian as an example, through the analysis of the county city traffic of current situation and problem, put forward several countermeasures for the city congestion problems, t to provide reference for the traffic planning and management. 　　Key words: city traffic; traffic congestion; problem; countermeasure 　　 中图分类号：F570.3 文献标识码： A 文章编号：2095-2104（2012）03-00 　　 　　 1引言
