尿石成分分析和饮食指导 　　【摘要】 目的 研究泌尿系结石成分与饮食预防的关系。方法 分析250例泌尿系结石患者的结石成分,收集相关临床资料。给予相应的饮食指导。结果 250例泌尿系结石中,草酸钙结石52例(20.8%),磷酸钙结石28例(11.2%),尿酸结石36例(14.4%),草酸钙+磷酸钙混合结石87例(34.8%),草酸+尿酸+磷酸混合结石31例(12.4%),感染性结石11例(4.4%),胱氨酸结石2例(0.8%);分别给予相应的饮食指导预防结石复发,随访12～24个月,250例中无泌尿结石复发者219例(87.6%),复发者31例(19.2%),无复发者中遵循饮食指导的211例(95.0%),未遵循饮食指导8例(5.4%),复发者中遵循饮食指导的7例(22.5%),未遵循饮食指导的24例(77.4%)。结论 结石复发与饮食关系密切,根据结石类型给予相应的饮食指导对泌尿结石的预防有重要临床意义。 　　【关键词】 尿结石; 结石成分分析; 饮食指导 　　 　　Analysis of composition of urinary calculi and dietary prevention 　　 　　ZHENG Ying-jun Department of Urology,The Sencond People’s Hospital of Jing Men,Hubei 448001,China 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between dietary instruction according to calculi ingredient.Methods Analyzed the urinary calculi ingredients of 250 urolithiasis patients and gave the patients dietary instruction according to their respective calculi ingredient.Results Calcium oxalate urolithiasis patients accounted for 52(20.8%),calcium phosphate urolithiasis 28(11.2%), uric acid urolithiasis 36(14.4%),Calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate mixed calculi 87 (34.8%),Calcium oxalate and uric acid and calcium phosphate mixed calculi 31 (12.4%), infecticus urolithiasis 11(4.4%),cystine urolithiasis 2(0.8%)。Different dietary instructions were given to the patients to prevent recurrence.The follow-up period of patients was 12～24 months.Among the 219(87.6%)cases without recurrence,211(95.0%)patients were followed and 8(5.4%)patients not followed cur dietary instruction.Whlie among the 31(19.2%)casses with recurrence,there were 7(22.5%)patients foIlowed and 24(77.4%)patients not foIlowed cur dietary instruction.Conclusion The results suggest that dietary instructions and calculi recurrence demonstrate significant relation with recurrence of urinary calculi in respect to their diferent ingredients,and dietary instruction is important in prevention of recurrence. 　　【Key words】 Urinary calculi;Calculi analysis;Dietary instruction 　　 　　通过对本院2006年7月至
