浅析有效地保护和修复水生态系统 　　摘要：伴随着我国经济社会对用水量的不断增加，使得水资源的短缺这一问题日益尖锐。而开展水生态保护的重点则是保障生态系统维持正常水循环所需的水量平衡关系。另外水生态系统保护与修复工作，要与时俱进，不断探索，坚持人与自然和谐相处的理念。但是大气降水量中只有一部分形成水资源量，其余部分为自然生态系统所利用，这部分天然生态系统直接利用的降水对维持区域植被生态系统的稳定十分重要。本文主要就水生态系统保护及修复，同时推动生态修复工作持续、稳定、健康地发展。 　　关键词：水生态保护；修复；环境禀赋不优越；用水体系； 　　Abstract: as the our country economic society to increase of water consumption, make of the shortage of water resources this problem increasingly sharp. Develop the water ecological protection is the focus of the ecological system guarantee maintain normal water cycle in the amount of water needed to balance relationship.
