F 本科生毕业论文 广东中小企业融资难问题研究 学 院： 经济管理 专 业： 会计学 学 号： ********** 学生姓名： ******* 指导教师： 讲师 二〇一二年六月 摘 要 我国中小企业对促进国民经济发展具有重要作用。广东中小企业众多，所创造的GDP超过我省60%，但是，中小企业在发展过程中，融资难问题一直是制约其发展的瓶颈。妥善解决中小企业融资问题，将会极大地促进我省国民经济的健康发展。如何更好地解决中小企业融资难问题，本文试就这一问题作一些有益的探讨。文章首先介绍了中小企业发展现状、融资现状，然后对融资难问题的表现和成因作出分析，最后借鉴国外解决融资难问题的思路方法，对解决融资难问题提出若干针对性建议。 关键词 ：中小企业；融资难；融资渠道；融资成本 Abstract Research on Small and Medium Size Enterprises Financing Diffculty Liang Kang-yi Chinas SMEs play an important role in promoting national economic development. There are many small and medium-sized enterprise in Guangdong, creating more than 60% of GDP. However, In the development process, the problem of financing has been a bottleneck restricting the development. Properly resolve the financing problem of SMEs, will greatly promote the healthy development of our province economy. How to better address the financing of SMEs, this paper do some useful discussion on this issue.
