精品 摘 要 根据工艺制定的要素（即原材料和染料对工艺制定的影响）来设计纯棉本光染色布；考虑原材料的种类和原材料制备时使用的助剂对染整工艺的影响和染料的性能制定的工艺和设备的选型，工艺：坯布检验→摆布缝头→退、煮→漂白→染色→拉幅（柔软）→成品；设备：气体烧毛机、练漂汽蒸箱、常温常压染色机、布铗拉幅机；由于是本光染色，所以丝光工艺与设备不需要。 这是一个简单的工艺设计，并不能体现现代工艺的新颖，所以延伸一个纯棉毛织物染整工艺，这个方案采用了传统工艺和新型工艺的一个比较，可以较好的看出新型工艺的优点和可取性。 最后分析当现市场的要求对染整工艺的影响。 关键词：染整 设备 原料 工艺制定因素 传统工艺 新型工艺 Abstract According to the process of the elements for (namely raw materials and dyes to technology formulating effect) to design this light cotton dyeing cloth; Considering the kinds of raw materials and the preparation of the raw materials used for dyeing auxiliaries the effect of process and dye property of technology and equipment for the selection, technology: grey fabric inspection seam head back at the mercy of bleaching, dyeing cook finished products; Equipment: gas blenching singeing machines steaming box under the conditions of dyeing machine needle clips pull picture machine; Because the light is dyed, so mercerizing technology and equipment dont need. This is a simple process design, and cant reflect modern technology of novel, so stretching a pure cotton jersey fabric dyeing process, the scheme adopts the traditional process and new technology of a comparison, may better see the advantages of the new technology and desirable. At last this paper analyses how the requirement of the market is the influence of the dyeing and finishing.
