摘要： LENZE 变频器是具有强大定位功能、智能、方便的伺服控制系统装置，通过自身的
定位功能模块和位置编码器或旋转变压器的配合，实现了精确定位的闭环控制。 重轨打印机是
一种在热钢轨上在线进行热压印的设备，在速度同步性、位置同步性上要求极高，测量与同步
控制功能是重轨打印机的核心功能。介绍了测量装置的工作循环和打印头变频器内的配置，详
细分析了重轨打印机测量与控制功能的实现过程。

Synchronous Measurement and Control of Printer for
Heavy Rail in Hot Embossing

Abstract: The LENZE frequency converter is the smart, convenient device equipped with
servo control system with the characteristics of powerful positioning function. With the cooperation
of its own functional module for positioning, the position encoder or the rotating transformer, the
closed -loop control for accurate positioning can be achieved. The printer for heavy rails is the
device for online hot embossing on the surface of hot heavy rails, whose synchronism for speed and
position is very high. So the synchronous function for measurement and control is the core function
of the printer for heavy rails. And also the operating cycle for the measuring equipment and the
configurations inside the frequency converter for printing head were introduced. Finally the
implementation procedures for carrying out the function of the measurement and control for the
printer were analyzed in detail.
