毕业设计(论文) 题目:广东南朝食品有限公司激励机制研究 广东南朝食品有限公司激励机制研究 摘 要 激励机制,是推动社会改革和发展的一个动力源泉,是现代企业人力资源管理的核心部分,并逐渐发展成为企业管理中永恒的课题。随着经济的发展,人力资源管理在企业日常管理中的地位日益凸显,因此建立适合企业自身发展的激励机制以提高核心竞争力已经成为众多企业必然的选择。 当代专家与学者针对企业管理人员、高层管理者以及核心员工的激励问题研究较多,而研究基层员工的激励问题的却相对较少。基层员工激励是人力资源管理活动中不可或缺的环节,实施有效的激励手段可以为组织的发展提供动力保障,可以调动全体员工的积极性,而激励机制的建立和完善对一个现代企业更为重要。 本文以广东南朝食品有限公司为例,在对百洋公司员工激励机制背景的认识上,对公司现行的激励机制进行分析,找出所存在的问题,分析问题产生的原因,并以激励理论为指导,对百洋公司的激励机制进行优化设计,从而充分发挥员工积极性,使企业快速、健康地发展。 关键词:员工激励机制;绩效考评;广东百洋公司。 RESEARCH OF FuJian BaiYang SEAFOOD CO.LTD’S ECCITATION MECHANISM Abstract Excitation mechanism as the motion source to press ahead with society reforms and development ,is the core of modern company’s human resources management and gradually becoming the eternal task in company’s administration .as the economy’s developing , human resources management in daily enterprise management of increasingly prominent position, thereby establishing a suitable for the development of the enterprises themselves incentive mechanism to improve the competitiveness of enterprises has become inevitable choice. Contemporary experts and scholars ’study for company managers , senior managers and core staff incentive is large,while researching grassroots employees of the incentive is relatively small. Grassroots employees of the incentive is the indispensable link in the company’s management,implementing effective incentive means can provide dynamic ensure for the development of organization,and arouse the initiative of all the staff.however establishing and perfecting the excitation mechanism is more important for company.
