MOOC的环境下高校图书馆服务创新之探索 　　摘要：文章回顾了国内外大规模开放在线课程（MOOC）的发展现状，分析了高校图书馆在MOOC环境下面临的机遇和挑战。提出高校图书馆在MOOC环境中开展服务创新具有得天独厚的优势，建议通过以下几个方面进行服务创新：积极参与学校MOOC建设；尝试多途径嵌入信息素养教育，开设图书馆特色MOOC课程；关注版权和内容许可，促进教学资源的无障碍获取；协助教学参考系统的建设工作，提供课程资源保障；建设图书馆特色MOOC资料库；无缝链接图书馆各项服务；倡导知识共享和普及式服务模式，吸引用户参与MOOC学习。高校图书馆应根据MOOC的特点采取有针对性的服务方式，以提升图书馆在新的信息环境下的存在价值。 　　关键词：MOOC；高校图书馆；角色定位；服务创新 　　中图分类号：G250.76；G258.6 文献标识码：A 文章编?：2095-5707（2017）03-0030-05 　　Abstract： This article reviewed the current development of MOOC in abroad and at home， analyzed the opportunities and challenges of libraries of colleges and universities under the background of MOOC. It put forward that libraries of colleges and universities has unique advantages in carrying out service innovation under the background of MOOC， and recommended to conduct service innovation from the following aspects： taking active part in the construction of MOOC in colleges and universities； trying to put information literacy education in different channels； opening MOOC courses with features of libraries； paying attention to copyright and content licensing and promoting the barrier-free acquisition of teaching resources； helping set up the construction work for teaching reference system and providing the guarantee of course resources； building up MOOC database with features of libraries； providing seamless linking between MOOC and various services in libraries； promoting the modes of knowledge sharing and universal services and attracting the users to use MOOC for learning.
