儿童肱骨髁上ⅡⅢ型骨折的手法整复结合有限内固定术后配合中药熏洗疗效观察 　　[摘要]目的 探讨儿童肱骨髁上Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折（Gartland分型）手法整复结合有限内固定术后配合中药熏洗治疗效果。方法 将我院2010年10月~2013年5月收治的40例肱骨髁上Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折患儿，随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组20例患儿在手法整复后，使用克氏针固定，并配合中药熏洗治疗，对照组采用切开复位克氏针内固定，观察两组患者恢复情况。 结果 观察组治疗有效率为93.3%，明显优于对照组的66.7%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为5%，明显优于对照组术后并发症发生率为15%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 肱骨髁上Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折，取手法整复，有限内固定术后，使用中药熏洗可有效促进患者恢复，减少术后并发症的发生。 　　[关键词] 肱骨髁上骨折；手法整复；有限内固定；中药熏洗 　　[中图分类号] R683.4#8195;#8195;#8195;[文献标识码] B#8195;#8195;#8195;[文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）11-86-03 　　 　　Efficacy observation of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation-washing after manipulative reduction combined with limited internal fixation in treatment of humeral supracondylar fractures Ⅱ and Ⅲ(Gartland Typing) in Children 　　YUAN#8195;Guowei#8195;#8195;WU#8195;Shuizhou#8195;#8195;ZHU#8195;Caixiong#8195;#8195;ZHANG#8195;Jianyun 　　Department of Orthopedics, Laolong County Health Center, Longchuan 517300, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the treatment effects of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation-washing after manipulative reduction combined with limited internal fixation in the treatment of humeral supracondylar fractures Ⅱ and Ⅲ (Gartland typing) in children.
