城市科学的研究产业的空间发展的研究 　　【摘要】 本文利用杭州2003年、2013年电信黄页数据为基础，采用多元线性回归模型，以ArcGIS和SPSS软件为工具，选取经济、空间、科技、人文四个因素对杭州市科学研究产业建模分析。在细化一级因素的基础上，在ArcGIS中对各因子图层进行密度、距离进行计算从而确定各二级因子的指标值，结合重分类与区域统计功能，以产业在空间上的变化为因变量，在SPSS中建立多元线性回归模型。根据模型计算结果，分析空间分布扩展因子对产业的影响程度，以期为未来该产业的空间扩展提供相对科学的依据。 　　【关键词】 GIS；线性回归；影响因子；空间扩张 　　中图分类号：TU984 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 　　 　　Research of Scientific Industrial Spatial Extension: 　　A Case Study on Hangzhou 　　Zhu Jiayi1 Wu Yizhou2 　　（1 2 Zhejiang University of Technology, Zhejiang Hangzhou, 310014） 　　 　　Abstract:This paper selects the datum of business yellow pages of 2003 and 2013 as the foundation, using multiple linear regression model with ArcGIS and SPSS as the tool, selecting four factors of economic, space, science technology and humanities to analyze the spatial extension of the scientific industry of Hangzhou. After elaborating the primary factors, it calculates index of secondary factors by calculating the density and distance for each layer with reclassification and regional statistics in ArcGIS, setting the value of industrial spatial extension as the dependent variable, establishing the multiple linear regression model in SPSS. According to the result of model calculation, it analyzes the degree of influence of each factor in order to provide the relatively scientific conclusion for the research of industrial space extension in the future. 　　Keywords: GIS; Linear regression; Impact factor; Spatial extension 　　 　　 　　 　　1 背景与评述 　　1.2 区域背景 　　杭州市辖区面积3068km2，市区常住人口623万（第六次人口普查数据），2011年从事科学研究产业人数16.5万人，发明专利数位居全国第二，是长三角区域创新体系中极其重要的组成部分。 　　为尽可能反映杭州市区科学研究产业的空间变化特征，本文选取了94个街道作为区域基础，保证数据的最优细分。其中翠苑、文教、古荡、西溪等区域在历史上与浙江大学有着极深的渊源；而留下、下沙等区域见证了大学园区的新兴；文二路、文三路在政策的引导下成为信息研发产业的聚集地。各个街道功能多样、历史沉淀丰富，是非常典型的案例。 　　1.2 文献评述 　　城市中某一产业的扩展是一个长期而复杂的过程，在这一过程中，不同产业的空间扩展规律与内涵成长程度各异。黄鲁成等（2006）通过演化模型和实证研究，揭示了产业种群的演化规律；姜念云（2008）在总结了国内外现有对研发产业定义和分析的基础上，结合其活动特点与规律，进一步明确了研发产业的内涵与界限。 　　科学研究产业在扩展的过程中，在特定的历史时期，存在一定量的影响因子主导着其发展的速度与方向。杜德斌等（2010）以区域、省份及城市为基地单元，考察了外资在华RD空间布局与发展趋势，得出了“R”与
