大城市边缘区发展的规划的研究 　　摘要：本文在分析国内外大城市边缘区规划发展的基础上，归纳总结了大城市边缘区发展的几种不同模式，指出了发展过程中出现的问题。作者在以人为本，统筹兼顾的思想基础上,提出了与城市自然环境相互融合的区域整体观念，通过增强有序协调发展保障能力、深化制度创新、增强政策支持和法规建设及增强保障能力等各项措施，以期在大城市边缘区发展规划实践中达到良好的引导和调控作用。 　　关键词：大城市；边缘区；发展规划 　　Abstract: Based on the analysis of planning and development of domestic and international metropolitan fringe areas, this paper summarized the development of the urban fringe areas of several different modes and pointed out the problems that arise in the developments.
