郑州大学硕士学位论文·项目质量成本分析与控制方法研究 the overall quality cost of the project, this paper has used the key factors of project quality cost to establish a control chart of the overall quality cost of the project, and conducted a controlling analysis on it. Finally, this paper took WGs construction project case as an example, and provided a possible project quality cost analysis and control of it. The distinguished feature and innovation of this paper lies in:①defined the project quality cost as paying expenses which is used to assure the projects general goal and quality goals in different stages, and it also included the visible and invisible wastes caused by unsatisfied qualities. This definition has settled the foundation of analysis of project quality cost in this paper;②made sure the factors of key quality cost control in different stages of a project by using Pareto chart and cause and effect diagram;③respectively formed the direct control charts of different stages quality cost and overall quality cost of a project, in order to control the project quality cost. This paper has introduced quality cost analysis into the project cost management, and provided a workable way of analyzing and controlling project quality cost. The research of this paper is applicable for not only the analysis and control of a projects different stages of quality cost, but also its overall quality cost.
