层次分析法在开滦矿区铁路安全评价的应用的研究 　　摘要：为加强开滦矿区铁路运输安全管理，分析影响矿区铁路运输安全的主要因素，对其安全状况综合评价方法进行了研究，从人员安全、设备安全、环境安全和基础安全保障方面，确定了铁路运输安全评价指标体系，建立评价模型，对铁路运输做出模糊层次评价。 　　关键词：铁路运输；安全评价；层次分析法 　　Abstract: in order to strengthen the safety management of railway transportation kailuan mining area, analyzes the influential mining area of the railway transportation, major factors on its safety situation comprehensive evaluation method in the research, from the personnel security, equipment safety, environmental safety and basic security, determined the railway transport safety evaluation index system, establish evaluatio
