建筑工程施工管理及创新的研究 　　摘要： 一个企业的工程项目的施工管理得当与否关系到其自身的生产利润高低和社会效益的好坏。笔者以自己在建筑施工管理工作上做的一些研究为基础，细致的分析了建筑施工单位的工程施工管理及其相应的创新对策。 　　Abstract： That the construction management of engineering project is proper or not is related to its own profits high-low and social benefits good or bad.
