市级耕地地力评价汇总校验的研究 　　摘 要：以安徽省黄山市为例，在GIS（Geographic Information System）支持下，用土壤图、土地利用现状图叠加的方法划分评价单元，采用特尔斐法从立地条件、剖面性状、土壤管理、耕层养分状况、耕层理化性质5个方面共选取14个因子构建评价指标体系，结合层次分析法、隶属函数模型和地统计分析综合评价了黄山市耕地地力等级。在此基础上，就市级与其各县级耕地地力等级差进行了比较研究，并对差异原因进行分析，研究结果表明：市级评价结果与县级评价结果的整体趋势一致，并且实现了不同县级区域间的等级可比性。研究结果对于市级乃至省级耕地地力汇总评价有一定的指导意义。 　　关键词：耕地地力评价；地统计分析；等级差；GIS 　　中图分类号 S126 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1007-7731（2015）09-73-03 　　Study on Calibration of Summary of Municipal Land Fertility Evaluation 　　Chen Xuemei et al. 　　（Institute of Resources and Environment，Anhui Agriculture University，Hefei 230036，China） 　　Abstract：Taking Huangshan City where in Anhui Province as a study case，and being supported by the technique of GIS，overlaying analysis of soil map and the current land-use map to form evaluation cells. This research selected fourteen influencing factors from five aspects covering land growing situation，profile situation，soil management and soil physicochemical property to build up the evaluation model by using Delphi method，combined with stratification analysis method to evaluate farmland grading of Huangshan City. On this basis，for the difference between the county and municipal level of cultivated land fertility were compared，and analyzed the reason for the difference. Research suggested that the municipal evaluation results consistent with the results of the evaluation of the overall trends in the county，and achieved a level of comparability between the different regions of the county. The result is helpful to guide evaluation of farmland fertility of provincial. 　　Key words：Farmland productivity evaluation；Statistical analysis；Level difference；GIS 　　耕地地力是指耕地的农业综合生产能力，也就是指在特定气候区域以及地形、地貌、成土母质、农田基础设施及培肥水平、土壤理化性状等综合构成的耕地生产能力[1]，耕地地力状况直接影响着农业现代化发展和粮食生产安全。耕地地力评价是以利用方式为目的，评估耕地生产潜力和土地适宜性的过程[2]。随着省级耕地地力汇总评价工作的开展，在县级耕地地力评价的基础上，笔者采用土壤调查数据，详细调查影响耕地地力的内部因素和外部因素，运用ArcGIS软件，构建了黄山市耕地地力评价的隶属函数模型，通过层次分析法评价了耕地地力等级情况，最终得到耕地地力评价结果表和耕地地力等级图[3]；在此基础上对市级评价结果与县级耕地地力评价结果的等级差进行比较，并对差异原因进行了分析，研究结果对于合理规划和利用黄山市耕地以及对耕地地力汇总评价具有
