PAGE PAGE 2 本科生毕业论文 题 目:原发性胃癌化疗患者住院用药分析 姓 名：卢小龙 院 系：药学系 专 业：药学 年 级：06 学 号：24820062204789 指导教师（校内）：朱铉 职称：副教授 指导教师（校外）：王政 职称：副主任药师 2010年04月30日 原发性胃癌化疗患者住院用药分析 [摘 要] 目的：评价我院原发性胃癌化疗患者住院期间的用药情况。方法：随机抽取2009年出院的原发性胃癌化疗患者住院病历48份，对肿瘤化疗方案、各类辅助药物（包括肝病辅助药、抗肿瘤辅助药、促白细胞药、免疫增强药、中药制剂）的用药频度（DDDs）、药物利用指数（DUI）及用药金额等情况进行统计分析。结果：48份病例使用的化疗方案多达13种，所有的病例均不同程度地使用各类辅助药物，住院费用与化疗方案的选择和辅助药物的种类选择、疗程长短密切相关。结论：我院原发性胃癌化疗患者住院期间用药情况基本合理，但存在少部分值得推敲的治疗方案，部分辅助药物的选择使用也有待考究，过度治疗、滥用辅助药物的情况值得引起重视。 [关键词] 原发性胃癌；化疗；用药分析；抗肿瘤药物；辅助药物 ABSTRACT Objective：To evaluate hospital patients with primary gastric cancer chemotherapy drug use during hospitalization. Methods：to extract 48 random sample of 2009 patients discharged from hospital medical records of primary gastric cancer chemotherapy . The cancer chemotherapy program, various ancillary drugs (including auxiliary liver disease drug, anti-cancer auxiliary drug, promoting white blood cell drugs, immune-enhancing drugs, traditional Chinese medicine preparation) The DDDs (DDDs), drug utilization index (DUI) and the amount of drugs were statistically analyzed. Results：The programs of 48 patients received chemotherapy were in up to 13 species, all of the cases were used all kinds of supplementary drug in different degrees, hospitalization costs and the choice of chemotherapy and support the type of drug selection, treatment duration is closely related. Conclusion：The drug use in primary chemotherapy for gastric cancer patients in our hospital during hospitalization was basically reasonable , but there were a small number of treatment options very carefully, some of the choice of adjuvant used has yet to be elegant, over-treatment and abuse of auxiliary drugs were worth of attention.
