延安大学西安创新学院本科生毕业论文 PAGE 论建筑施工项目管理和施工进度控制 摘要：随着国家经济建设的高速发展，建筑施工企业面临着良好的发展机遇,然而受多年的计划经济体制的影响，沿用过去老的施工管理模式已不能满足当前形势的需要，建筑施工企业对工程建设施工项目的管理巫待加强，对工程建设施工项目管理的研究势在必行，因此，施工管理水平的高低决定着建筑企业对市场的应变能力和竞争能力。科学地制定生产调度方案进行施工项目管理，掌握现场施工进度，优化使用施工资源，对于提高工程质量、缩短工期和提高企业生产率起着至关重要的作用。 根据施工项目管理必须经历的过程，分别对项目管理过程中项目施工进度、质量、安全、成本的控制，以及为实现项目管理目标必须加强的要素管理、合同管理、信息管理、现场管理、组织协调和等作了系统的分析和研究。 关键词：施工项目管理；施工计划管理；施工进度控制；管理要素 On the construction project management and control of construction progress Abstract：With the rapid development of economic construction, building construction enterprises are faced with good opportunities for development, but over the years by the impact of the planned economic system, use the old mode of construction management has been unable to meet the needs of the current situation, construction engineering construction enterprises Construction project management witch to be strengthened, and the engineering construction project management research is imperative, therefore, construction management determines the level of construction enterprises in the market adaptability and competitiveness.
