II II Abstract Investment is active factors in Chinas economic growth,while investment play its role in boosting economic growth needs for the prerequisite of effective investment. In recent years, investment remains high growth. But it is the lack of efficiency .Over-investment, changing investment frequently and redundant construction often happen. Especially in state-owned enterprises, investment often reflect social and political goals and is far away from the maximization of enterprise value goals. Because the state-owned enterprises have the problems of property subject vacancy, government intervention and the lack of motivation. Although since the 1990s, China has carried out a series of property right system reformation. But for the serious government intervention, the reformation shows economic system and political system of non-synchronous. So investment is seriously distorted in this context. In recent years, the scholars pay widely attention to the system environment on the influence of investment. Because the external environment changes, the company governance mechanism may make corresponding adaptability to change. The market competition as an external environment can improve the companys productivity, social wealth and the orderly development of the market economy. At the same time, it can improve the transparency of information, alleviate the agency problems between the shareholders and manager. In the thesis, we combine the internal factors with the external factors on influence of investment. And we draw lessons from investment theory, industrial organization theory , corporate governance theory and the foreign relevant research methods to study the property right and product market competition on the influence of investment. We hope provide more empirical evidence to the investment study of our companies.
