华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract Using the method of social impact assessment as social impact-adaptability-social risks, the impact of counterparts aided reconstruction on Wenchuan victims’ welfare is studied in this article. Narrowing the wealth gap, meeting the victims’ needs and providing employment opportunities because of counterparts aided reconstruction are described through surveying 574 victims and interviewing some victims in 6 towns of Wenchuan. Then welfare adaptability is also explored. This article consists of five chapters as follows: Chapter 1-Firstly, the reason of studying the victims’ welfare from the perspective of reconstruction mode is explained. Secondly, the relevant literatures of reconstruction are summarized. Thirdly, the concept of counterparts aided reconstruction, victims and welfare are defined. Fourthly, the main ideas, the main method, the survey sites and basic situation of respondents are briefly introduced. Fifthly, main features and significance are showed. Chapter2-The reconstruction model and welfare theory are introduced at first, and then victims’ welfare and counterparts aided reconstruction are combined. Chapter3-Based on the description of statistical analysis, the state of narrowing the wealth gap, meeting the victims’ needs and providing employment opportunities are demonstrated. Chapter4-The welfare adaptability in the economic, environmental and cultural fields are explored through available information of statistics, interviews and observations. Chapter 5- Basic conclusions about the impact of counterparts aided reconstruction on Wenchuan victims’ welfare are drawn and relative proposals are put forward. Further study perspectives of victims’ welfare are suggested at last.
