精品学习资料范文 法律专业社会调查报告 篇一：法学专业社会实践报告 社 会 实 践 报 告 学 院 专 业 法 学 年 级 姓 名 何蕾 学 号 日 期 2013 年 04 月 06 日 法学社会实践报告（婚姻法） ——关于家庭暴力的现状调查 摘要： 近年来，家庭暴力问题日益受到社会各界的关注，随着《婚姻法》的修订、《妇女权益保障法》颁布和实施，男女平等的基本国策在深入落实中唤起人们法律意识的觉醒，家庭暴力问题已成为婚姻家庭亟待解决的突出问题。针对这些与社会主义事业不相符的现象，为了深入了解目前家庭暴力现状，分析其发生的原因，探索制止家庭暴力的有效方式，我们以海南省委大院为调查范围，就家庭暴力现状问题进行了专项调查，通过妇联组织发放调查问卷形式对该区域家庭暴力现状情况进行了一次简单的调查分析，此次调查共发放问卷67份，回收56份，回收率达80%以上，表明公众对家庭暴力问题的普遍关注，对参与婚姻家庭问题研究的态度还是很积极的。此次调查内容包括：被调查者的基本情况、对“家庭暴力”的认识、遭遇家庭暴力情形；目的是分析家庭暴力产生的原因，了解当前家庭暴力现状，寻求解决的有效法律对策。 关键词：家庭暴力、调查内容、法律对策、分析。 Abstract In recent years, the problem of domestic violence has been the focus of the society, with the marriage law revision, women s rights protection law the promulgation and implementation of the basic national policy of gender equality, arouse the people s legal consciousness in the in-depth implementation, the problem of domestic violence has become a prominent problem to be solved marriage family. In view of these is not consistent with the phenomenon of socialism, in order to deeply understand the current status of domestic violence, analyzes the causes, to explore effective ways of curbing domestic violence, we take Hainan provincial compound as the scope of the investigation, the family violence problems for a special investigation, the women s federations questionnaire form was analyzed with a simple investigation on the present situation of regional family violence, the survey questionnaires 300, recovery of 245, recovery rate reaches above 80%, indicating that the public generally focus on the problem of domestic violence, to participate in the study of the problems of marriage and family attitude is very positive. The research contents include: the basic situation of the respondents, on the domestic violence , the understanding of domestic violence cases; objective reason of family violence, to understand the current status of domestic violence, to seek effective solutions.
