The project management is becoming a new type of productive forces driving social and economic development. For building construction enterprises, project management is a very important content, therefore, reasonable allocation of various resources within the enterprise to achieve the greatest economic value is the ultimate goal of engineering construction enterprise management. How to strengthen the project management and improve the economic benefits of enterprises, so that enterprises in the increasingly fierce market, a firm foothold, this paper is to study the content. We start from the contents of the project management, combined with the characteristics of the construction enterprise project management, the current market management environment, to explore more scientific and effective measures and methods to ensure that the project process is reasonable and controllable.
