江苏企业研发机构研发投入特征的研究 　　摘要： 本文在问卷调查和座谈调研的基础上，分析了江苏企业研发机构的研发投入特征；研究表明，自有资金是企业研发投入的最主要来源，企业发展和创新战略、市场预期是影响企业研发投入的最主要的两个因素，且大部分企业在缺乏资金时对研发投入仍比较积极，同时，企业更期望稳定的政府资金支持方式；最后，本文还从落实创新优惠政策、支持企业加强人才队伍建设、鼓励企业深入产学研合作、降低企业研发门槛等四个方面，提出加大企业研发投入的对策建议。 　　Abstract： Based on the questionnaire survey and the forum research， this paper analyzes the RD investment characteristics of RD institutions in Jiangsu.
