(3) 研究了 这 类 二 嗪 磷 光 铱 配 合 物 的 紫外 -可见 吸收 、 光 致 发 光 和 电 化 学 性 质。紫外 -可见吸收光谱研究表明这些二嗪磷光铱配合物都出现了金属 -配体电荷 的 电 子 跃 迁 (MLCT) 吸 收 峰 ， 表 明 这 些 二 嗪 磷 光 铱 配 合 物 是 新 型 的 电 致 磷 光 材 料 。 光 致 发 光 光 谱 研 究 表 明 这 些 铱 配 合 物 在 室 温 下 有 较 强 的 磷 光 发 射 峰 。 电 化 学 研 究 表 明 这 类 铱 配 合 物 具 有 良 好 的 氧 化 一 还 原 可 逆 性 。 另 外 ， 从 构 效 关 系 研 究出发,详细探 讨了配 体化学结 构与配 合物 光物理及 电化学 性质 之间的关 系。 (4)挑 选性质 优良 的材 料 (MDPPF)2Ir(acac)和 (DFPPM)2Ir(acac)制作 电致发光 器件，研 究其电 致发 光性能。 测得 (MDPPF)2Ir(acac)电 致发光 最 大发射峰 波长为 585nm、最 大亮度 为 23080cd/m2、最电流 效率为 64.1cd/A、 最 大功率效 率为 50.4lm /W、启动 电压 为 4V； (DFPPM)2Ir(acac)电致发 光最大 发 射峰 波长 为 494nm、最 大亮度 为 21400cd/m2、最电流 效率为 12.0cd/A、 最 大功率效 率为 lm /W、启动 电压 为 5V。 结果表 明(MDPPF)2Ir(acac)和（DFPPM）2Ir(acac)是 优良的磷 光材料 ，可 用于制备 高效的 有机 电致磷光 器件 。 关键词： 二嗪， 磷光铱(III)配合物， OLED， X-射线单晶衍射 - II- Synthesis,Characterization and Properties of Diazine phosphorescent iridium(III) complexes Abstract In recent decades, organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) based on phosphorescent complexes have attracted increasing attention due to their potential application in full-color flat panel displays .Among these phosphorescent complexes, iridium cyclometalates often exhibit favorable photoproperties for OLEDs including short phosphorescent lifetimes, high quantum effciencies and good stability. In this dissertation, a series of diazine ligands and their iridium(III) diazine complexes were synthesized and characterized. This dissertation is comprised of the following four parts. Iridium(III) complexes of (MPPM)2Ir(pic) 、 (MPPM)2Ir(acac) 、 (DFPPM)2IrN4 、 (MDFPPM)2Ir(pic) and (MDFPPM)2IrN4 have been designed and synthesized [MPPM= 2 - phenyl -4, 6 - dimethyl pyrimidine、DFPPM=2 - (2, 4-di?uoro phenyl) pyrimidine、MDFPPM= 2 - (2, 4-di?uorophenyl)-4, 6 - dimethyl pyrimidine, acac= acetylacetone、pic=picolinate、N4= 5 - (2 - Pridyl) - 1H- tetrazole] .Their structures were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (1 HNMR) and IR spectroscopy.
