It summarizes practical characteristics of policy system construction in EEEB in China from four aspects: the policy construction trend, building pilot pro－ jects etc. Compared with the practice of developed countries, the policy system in our country has some problems and drawbacks in completeness, dynamics, maneuverability, systematicness, hierarchy and regional differences. Finally, it puts forward the research direction of constructing reasonable structure and exploring optimization mechanism of poli－ cy system based on market maturity in EEEB.
