浅析我国中小企业存货管理的问题及对策 摘　　要 我国市场经济发展迅速，中小企业也随之占据着越来越大的比例，作为中小企业资产的重要组成部分，存货管理水平的高低对中小企业的生产经营有着直接的影响。目前我国大部分中小企业存货管理都存在着一定的问题，故本文将从存货管理的基本理论出发，结合美特斯邦威服饰的案例，分析中小企业存货管理中存在的问题，并据之提出几点解决问题的对策，从而达到提高中小企业存货管理水平，提升其核心竞争力的目的。 关键词：中小企业；美特斯邦威；存货管理 Analysis on the problems and Countermeasures of small and medium sized enterprises inventory management in China ABSTRACT With the rapid development of market economy in our country, small and medium-sized enterprises occupy more and more proportion，as an important part of the small and medium-sized enterprise assets, the level of inventory management has a direct impact on the production and operation of SMEs.At present, there are some problems in the inventory management of most small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,therefore, this article will start from the basic theory of inventory management,according to Metersbonwe clothing case,analysis of the problems in inventory management of small and medium enterprises,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems,so as to improve the inventory management level of small and medium-sized enterprises and enhance their core competitiveness.
