屮文 随着二十一世纪经济的快速发展，信息交流频繁，连锁经营已经成为当今社会普遍采 用的一种商业经营制度，经过二十多年的发展，在拓展市场、规范流通秩序、扩大销售、提 高人民生活质量、扩大就业等方面发挥着极其重要的作川，但如今的市场竞争加剧，经营成 本持续提高，连锁经营企业也面临着新的机遇和挑战。资金贯穿了整个企、Ik生产经营的全过 程，资金管理因此显得格外重要，作为财务管理的重要组成部分，营运资金管理可以说在很 大程度上反应了整个企业经营管理水平，也是企业生存和发展的基础。本文介绍了连锁经营 企业的现状，包括连锁经营的概念、分类和特点，阐述了加强连锁经营企业资金管理的意义， 并指出了我国连锁企业资金管理中存在的M题，最后给出/加强连锁经营企业资金管理的相 关建议，使得连锁经营企业面对资金能进行科学的管理，筹措、使用、调节、盘活企业资金， 提商资金使用效益，合理的进行规划配貫，避免风险，让企业在商海屮安全航行，这己经成 为企业所面临的重要课题。 关键词：连锁经营资金预算风险控制信息系统 ABSTRACT With the rapid economic development in the 21st century，exchanges of information become increasingly frequent and chain operation has become a universally-accepted system of commercial management, playing an important role in opening up markets，standardizing the order of circulation，expanding sales, improving people’s living qualities and promoting employment. However，with regard to the glowingly competitive market and the soaring operating costs, chain operation enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges. Capital goes through the whole process of the production and management of the business and，thus, is of great significance. As an integral part of financial management，the management of working capital reflects largely the administration capacities of the whole business. It is also the foundation of survival and development of the business. This article introduces the current situation，include the concept and forms and characteristics of chain operation enterprises，explained the significance of management, probes into the problems of capital management，and finally gives relative suggestions, In this way，it is an important subject for chain operation enterprises to manage capital scientifically，including finding ways to seek financing and utilize，regulate and vitalize the capital, improving efficiency, planning the allocation rationally，as well as avoiding risks.
