船舶电气设备偶发故障分析的探讨 　　摘 要：某型船建造期间偶然出现发电机组输出电压只有剩磁电压的现象。对该故障出现的原因进行了分析和验证，指出这种偶然现象的根本原因并不在于励磁回路元器件的损坏，而重点排查应放在励磁回路的线路上。这次故障排查过程和方法，对于分析偶发故障有着实用指导意义。 　　关键词：偶发故障；发电机组；相复励装置；建压失败 　　中图分类号：U0672.3 文献标识码：A 　　Abstract： During the construction of a certain ship， the occasional fault occurs that there is only remanence voltage left in generator output voltage. The possible reason for the fault is analyzed and verified， not the damage of excitation circuit components， but the check of the excitation loop line should be emphasized. 　　Key words： Occasional fault； Generator unit； Phase compound excitation
