兰州交通大学毕业设计（论文） - PAGE \* MERGEFORMATI - 摘 要 电码化是保证机车在站内安全的一项重要技术，机车在站内从钢轨上收到电码化信息，使机车信号连续。目前，主要有预叠加和闭环电码化两种方式。A站设计采用电气化25Hz相敏轨道电路叠加ZPW-2000A闭环电码化。平时（进路未建立）发送端发送JC码，对整个发送通道进行检测，保证发送通道正常，使机车能收到叠加在轨道电路上的移频信息。实现了对轨道电路、发送器等设备故障的检查，并提供故障报警功能。 A站ZPW-2000A闭环电码化设计有图纸和说明书两部分。图纸部分完成了对A站站场信号平面布置；电码化机柜布置，其中包括站内移频柜、检测柜、综合柜；上行正向接车、正向发车、正线IIG、侧线股道(4G)电码化电路设计；N+1冗余发送设备电路设计，正线、侧线(4G)电码化检测电路设计。说明书则是结合设计图纸，阐述其工作原理，实际方法、思路。主要对发码、检测等设备的介绍，以及配线，电路工作的一些状态进行分析。 A站ZPW-2000A闭环电码化设计是根据铁路信号施工设计与规范进行设计的，图纸设计满足ZPW-2000A闭环电码化系统的工作原理。 关键词：闭环电码化；上行正向；N+1冗余 Abstract Coding is an important technology to guarantee the locomotive at the station safe, locomotive?in the station?from the?rail received?code?information,?so that the cab signal continuously. Drawing partially completed A station field signal layout, code of cabinet layout, including the station frequency-shift cabinet, testing cabinet, integrated cabinets. Up forward direction receiving route, departure route, main track IIG, siding track(4G) code circuit design, N+1 redundant coder circuit design, and the code detection circuit design of main track, siding line (4G). Instructions according to the design drawings, describes its working principles, the actual methods, train of thought.
