需要找Q251133408 PAGE 18 - 摘要 当今残酷的竞争世界中，企业为了生存、发展、击败竞争对手，必须掌握未来。掌握未来就应该运用管理信息和管理技术。今天，市场主导者与市场之间、成功企业与落后企业之间的差异反映在企业对信息的利用上，其中包括企业自身产生的信息（内部信息）和商业环境信息。企业产生庞大的数据信息——财务数据、顾客资料、采购情况、雇员信息等等，一个组织只有充分利用好这些信息才能获得成功。但是问题在于从大量的数据中收集、整理、归纳和提炼所需要的有用信息是一件十分繁重的任务，不是依靠一个人或一个简单的系统来单独完成的。为了快速获得管理信息，将高质量的信息及时地传递给决策者，同时为了自动地完成数据的收集、整理和提炼的过程，企业必须使信息技术的应用一体化，充分利用信息技术的潜力并且尽可能地以最佳方式建立自己的系统。本文以攀枝花市中汇钢铁有限公司为系统设计和开发背景，开发出“攀枝花市中汇钢铁有限公司ERP管理系统”（MRP部分），以便将这种ERP思想以实体形式表现出来。 关键词 ERP MRP 攀枝花市中汇钢铁有限公司 Abstract In the world full of curel competitions . An enterprise must grasp the future in order to exist ,develop and defeat his rivals . To master the future means taking advantage of management information and management technology , They mark the differences between the market leaders and the market followers , between successful enterprises and backward enterprises . Management information include the self—produced information (internal information)and commercial environmental information . Enterprises produce lots of date information—financial date,customers’ information , purchasing date , employees’ information and so on , Only by making full use of these information can an organization achieve success. The point is that it is a heavy burden to collect,to sort out,to sum up and refine the useful information from plenty of date. It cann’t be done by an individual or a mere system . TO get management information fast , transmit high quality information to policymakers in time , at the same time to complete the course automatically , enterprises must make the application gather , use the potential of IT fully and strive to establish their own system . This paper takes PanZhiHua ZhongHui steeliron Co.Ltd . as a background to design and exploit a system called ” PanZhiHua ZhongHui steeliron Co.Ltd.
