PAGE 西安石油大学本科毕业设计（论文） 定边采油厂五星庄联合站监控系统软件设计 摘 要：随着石油工业的发展，传统的人工监控已经远远不能满足石油行业的安全生产需求。伴随着计算机监控技术的发展，将计算机监控系统与石油生产联系结合起来已经成为石油行业发展的趋势，并且已经广泛的应用起来了。 本文通过的五星庄联合站生产实际情况的分析，结合国内外联合站监控系统的发展清况，运用软件工程的思想对五星庄联合站提出安全监控系统软件的解决方案。并介绍监控系统的组成和监控系统软件的具体设计步骤。本监控系统软件主要完成系统原油生产油量、温度、压力、可燃性气体浓度等站内主要生产过程监控及流量的采集、处理和报警功能。 五星庄联合站监控系统软件和硬件相配套，完成系统的数据采集、存储、显示、打印，控制及系统工况显示（状态显示、实时报警、历史报警、实时报表、实时报表查询及历史报表）等功能。 监控软件采用组态王6.53开发图形界面，联合站的主要工艺参数，设备工作状态实现实时监控。 本系统实现了五星庄联合站的实时监督与动态控制，减少了职工的劳动强度，消除生产安全隐患，保证生产过程安全可靠运行，还提高了联合站的生产效率和经济效益。 关键词：联合站；软件工程；组态王；PLC；三相分离器 Computer Monitoring System Software Design of Wuxing- Zhuang Mult-purpose Station Abstract: With the development of the oil industry, the traditional manual control has been far from meeting the oil industrys safety production requirements.
