产后出血174例临床剖析 　　【中图分类号】R714.46+1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1005-2720(2009)06-0149-02 　　【摘要】目的：探讨产后出血的发生率、原因及预防处理措施。方法：回顾性分析2005年1月~2008年12月收治的174例产后出血病人的临床资料。结果：产后出血发生率为2.561%，2005年发生率3.038%，2006年发生率2.704%，2007年发生率2.421%，2008年发生率2.306%。4年间产后出血发生率逐年降低。剖宫产发生率3.027%，阴道分娩发生率2.270%，剖宫产略高。宫缩乏力是产后出血的主要原因。结论：加强孕期产期保健及预防宫缩乏力，可降低产后出血的发生率。 　　【关键词】产后出血；发生率；原因；预防 　　 　　The clinical study of 174 cases of postpartum hemorrhage.Liu Shenghua.(The maternal and children health care hospital of Fushun，Sichuan 643200 China) 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the morbidity，etiology，prevention and treatment of postpartum hem
