WORD格式可编辑 专业知识分享 项目工程成本管理与控制的现状与问题分析 摘要 近年来，我国市场经济和城镇化建设得到了迅猛发展，其中备受关注的作为城市建设的主力军——建筑业发展尤其显著。然而，对企业生存发展起着至关重要作用的建筑成本管理，逐渐得到各公司的重视。基于此背景，本文通过介绍工程项目成本控制、过程管理的相关理论，指出了目前项目工程成本控制存在的主要问题，深度挖掘了其原因，并随之提出了解决对策与建议。 本文首先针对本文题目提出研究背景，以及本文研究的可行性。在项目工程方面的研究还不完善，特别是项目工程成本上。然后，针对所要研究的内容以及方法介绍相关理论知识，并说明其适用性。其次，针对我国项目工程现状，提出存在问题，以及形成问题的成因分析。再次对存在问题，提出相应对策建议。最后，结合相关案例知识，特别有针对性的提出如何解决。研究方法应用到实际操作中，使本文更具有可操作的实践意义，使本文的研究结果可应用于项目工程的实施过程中。 关键词：项目工程，项目现状，问题分析 WORD格式可编辑 The analysis of the current project cost management and control ABSTRACT In recent years, obtained the rapid development of market economy and urbanization construction in our country, which has attracted much attention as the mainstay of the urban construction, construction industry development is especially striking. However, to the enterprise survival and development plays an important role of construction cost management, gradually get the attention of the companies. Based on this background, this paper introduces the engineering project cost control, process management related theory, points out the main problems of project cost control, the depth of mining, and then puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions. Firstly, the background for the title of this article , as well as the feasibility study presented in this article . In terms of the research project is not perfect, especially the project cost . Then, for the method to study the content and introduce the relevant theoretical knowledge, and explain its applicability. Secondly , in view of project status quo , raise problems , as well as analysis of the causes of the formation of the problem . Again there is a problem , propose appropriate countermeasures. Finally, knowledge of relevant cases , especially targeted to propose how to solve.
