凸轮轴齿轮拧紧螺栓断裂剖析 　　 　　摘要：通过宏观检查、理化检验、装配螺栓拧紧力矩的计算及调查，确定了某型发动机凸轮轴齿轮拧紧螺栓的断裂原因。结果表明：螺栓装配时拧紧力矩过大，远远超过螺栓最大许用拧紧力矩，使螺栓受到了剪切破坏，发动机高速运转下进而受到振动、拉伸等应力作用下最终导致断裂。 　　关键词：凸轮轴齿轮拧紧螺栓；拧紧力矩；剪切破坏 　　The Camshaft Gear Screw Down Zhe Bolt Fracture Analysis 　　Abstract：Through macro examination,physical and chemical proerties testing，mounting bolt tightening torque calculation and investingation and so on.
