PAGE 12 . 郑州航空工业管理学院 毕 业 论 文 届 国际经济与贸易 专业 000384 班级 题 目我国民营中小企业融资存在的问题及对策 姓 名 学号 指导教师 职称 讲师 内 容 摘 要 自改革开放以来，我国民营企业发展迅速，几乎涵盖了各行各业，正逐渐发展成为我国经济增长的重要力量。但与之不相称的是民营中小企业却面临着融资难的尴尬局面。本文共分四部分，第一部分分析了我国民营中小企业融资的现状，指出我国民营企业已成为推动我国经济增长的主要因素，同时也分析了当前民营企业存在的问题。第二部分从外部环境和内部环境研究我国民营中小企业在融资方面存在的问题。外部环境方面重点分析了政策环境所存在的缺陷，内部环境主要阐述了企业自身存在的问题。文章的第三部分针对存在的问题从外部环境和内部条件寻找解决对策。认为，外部环境方面应加强国家政策的支持，完善民营中小企业融资的渠道。内部条件方面，要努力提高民营企业的自身素质。在第四部分的结束语中，主要强调发展民营企业的重要性。 通过此次论文的写作，使我认识到民营企业在创业路上的艰辛，同时也使我对民营企业的美好未来充满信心！ [关键词] 民营企业、融资、融资渠道 Abstract After the reform and open policy, the private enterprises in China grew rapidly. They almost covered all kinds of trades and industries. And now they are playing more and more important part in economic growth. But , it is unsuitability that private enterprises facing difficult financing .There are four parts in the paper. The first part is discussing the actuality of financing of private enterprises, pointing that private enterprises is important factor in promoting economic growth. And analyzing problems in private enterprises . The second part is studying the problem of private enterprises in financing from outside environment and inside condition. In outside environment ,there are mainly analyzing disfigurement that due to policy factor. In inside condition, there are mainly analyzing problem that existenting to private enterprises. The third part is finding the efficient approaches to solute the financing of private enterprises from outside environment and inside condition. Thinking that enforce the support of policy in outside environment and advance the stuff of private enterprises in inside condition. The fouth part is emphasizing the important of private enterprises. From the creation of paper ,I know that the hardships of private enterprises in the road of carving out. I am fulling of confidence about goodliness future of private enterprises. Key
